At least you make labels! I really need to. My last mishap involved using cornstarch when I needed powdered sugar since they are in exactly the same kind of cannister and look almost identical.
Go to Costco! They have the label maker with 2 takes for ~$35. I luuuuuuuuuuurve mine!! (Come on--you saw my labeled toy bins in the playroom! And did you notice all the other labeled things in closets, cupboards, etc., around my house?? ;o)) The only downside is when you run out of the actual labels. Those refills are expensive!! The $45-48 for the refills are Costco is hard to swallow, but it's for 4 cartridges and it's a helluva lot more affordable than getting them for $35 for 2 or 3, or whatever ridiculous price they are at, say, Staples or Office Depot.
